Whether it is problems with a friend, loved one, or colleague, we will not be happy if we don't take charge of relationship issues.  A wise man once said, "On a good day, the only person we can control is ourselves."  If that is true, how do we fix and achieve great and healthy relationships?

Once we are empowered with  educational tools and understanding, we begin working on our connection. Connection needs safety and security to thrive.

Once we are empowered with  education and connection, it is time to collaborate. collaboration empowers you to work together to find mutual solutions and success.

1. Initial  Free Phone Consultation
We will talk for 30 minutes on the phone or Zoom to help you figure out how I can best meet your needs at this time. 
2. Registration 
Once an appointment has been scheduled, I will email a confirmation along with necessary forms for you to complete online before your first appointment. The registration covers information I need in order to allow us to successfully work together. It will include contact forms to fill out about yourself and more details about my business practices and policies.
3. The First Appointment
Our first appointment is about 60 minutes together to review your expectations, discuss your coaching needs, and most importantly allow time for us to get to know each other and create a working relationship. 
4. Coaching Packages 
 A typical model for coaching is to meet once a week for 60 minutes for the second and third meetings. Then, based on your input and feedback, your coaching schedule may be adjusted. It is important to keep in mind that in the beginning we'll need consistent appointments to drive foundation-setting and goal creation. Once your project is underway, appointments may be scheduled every 2-3 weeks, or even once a month, for one to three years or until you have achieved your goals. ​
